The founder, Naomi Swertfeger, has over eighteen years of experience in high-end residential construction. During her tenure with Peter McCoy Construction, she worked on several estates of significant notoriety. She then co-founded and grew J.R.C. Group, Inc., a general contracting firm, from a two person operation to a team of over 30 employees as well as a estate maintenance company. In 2016 Naomi founded BNL, extrapolating her extensive construction knowledge as the basis for the firm’s approach to facilitating projects as an Owner Representative.

 

Naomi received an undergraduate degree in Art: Applied Design from San Diego State University while taking business courses. It is this art background which honed her ability to visualize plans and see how the various elements come together, from the overall structure to the intricate details which elevate design. This creative approach, when merged with a deep understanding of business and construction management, leads to a unique, efficacious culmination.

 

Our firm guides our clients through the home building and renovation process, coordinating the entire team from the architect and designer to the builders and craftsmen. Being involved in projects from inception ensures that our firm works closely with our client to build a collaborative team capable of transforming their vision into reality while guiding them through the process.

 

With offices in Los Angeles and Norther California, BNL partners closely with clients on their various projects located in Beverly Hills to Malibu, the Peninsula to Lake Tahoe.

 

Naomi holds a contractor’s license in the State of California and is actively engaged in the greater Los Angeles and San Francisco design and construction communities.
