• Create a cohesive master plan strategy

• Perform site and building assessments

• Establish a preliminary project budget and schedule

• Curates architect, interior designer, structural engineer, and other relevant professionals

• Oversee procurement of permits and approvals

• Oversee execution of all contracts

• Coordinate the general contractor and the team of professionals

 

• Ongoing on-site coordination, including progress meetings and scheduling

• Review all invoices and change orders, make payment recommendations

 

• Perform quality control throughout construction, culminating in punch list management

• Perform management services for project close-out

• Facilitate assembly of maintenance manual including warranties

 

• Coordinate staff training and/or recommend maintenance company(ies)

• Coordinate "As-Built" Drawings

• Freshen up home with new paint, flooring, front landscape, etc

 

• Review property and provide recommendations, with the corresponding costs, to the client ​

• Oversee and execute repair and renovation work to garner a higher sales price

• Address critical items on home inspection reports to ensure longevity

• Coordinate and manage desired work prior to move-in
